Q: How long does it take to do a demo?
A: This depends on many factors, The number of songs, the number of takes required to complete any one song etc. It is all up to you and your budget.

Q: "We play all our songs in one take, We should be in and out, right?"
A: While this is often what people think, We have never had even the most well rehearsed group come in and play any song in less than 3 takes.

Q:: Do we need to bring our own gear?
A: Yes, Bring everything you normaly perform with except any PA system.

Q: Can we all play together, or do we have to track separately?
A: It is best if everyone plays together and they can here in the live room which is large enough for a typical band. If you cant all be here on the same day you can indeed track separately. In this instance, it is advised that the first musicians track with a click track which we can provide.
Typically the vocal tracks are sung with the band so the band can know where they are in the song, but those vocal tracks are "scratch" and will be thown away. The "real" vocal tracks are then recorded using the sweet mic in the vocal booth as an overdub. Any backup vocals are also overdubed afterwards.
